Polycarbonate Roof Repair & replacement
Roofs made of polycarbonate plastic are lightweight, transparent, and impact resistant. Because of its strength, it is frequently used as bullet-proof glass in thicker sections. Because of its impact resistance, lightness, and transparency, it is an excellent choice as a low-cost roofing material.
However, polycarbonate roofs must be replaced more frequently than other options such as glass.
The material of the roof frame is an important aspect of a polycarbonate roof, and the material options are uPVC, aluminium, or timber, each with its own set of benefits and drawbacks. Timber frames, for example, look great but are more likely to need repairs if not properly maintained to avoid rotting and warping.
If your polycarbonate is beyond repair, it is one of the less expensive materials to replace.
Corrugated Roof Repair
Our corrugated metal roof repairs and maintenance service includes full roof replacement. We will provide the best solution for you based on our extensive experience and a thorough inspection and assessment of your rood requirements.
Our customers, large and small, value our quality workmanship and commitment to customer service. Metal's strength and solidity make it an excellent material for covering a roof, as long as it is properly specified, installed, and maintained.Metal corrugated sheets are typically coated with plastic, such as Plastisol, during the manufacturing process. This helps to protect the metal from corrosion and preserves its appearance over time. However, if the cut edges are left exposed, corrosion will occur over time, causing the coating to peel away from the edges.
If left untreated, this corrosion can spread across the roof's surface, causing cracks and general deterioration, eventually leading to leaks.
Metal roofs older than 5 years frequently show signs of cut edge corrosion, and after a decade of installation, the chances of cut edge corrosion are significantly higher.
Our effective cut edge corrosion treatment protects the cladding from the elements and pollution while also reducing coating peel back. It also provides a good seal for horizontal laps, lap joints, and cladding edges, while protecting the structure and overall appearance.
